i had a pleasant stay at holiday inn express. the breakfast was fantastic, available from 6 to 10, and still well stocked at 9 am. my room was smaller but very comfortable. it’s also conveniently located near the theater, which made our trip even better!

I loved being just a few steps away from the Worcester Public Library and walking to the beautiful Institute Park, which made our weekend city strolls truly enjoyable and convenient.

We enjoyed our stay with great amenities, including a health club. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating to our family of five and three dogs, making sure we felt right at home during our visit.

In my wife’s opinion, the noise level was quite disruptive. We wished for soundproofing to keep the hustle and bustle of breakfast and nearby guests at bay, especially during early mornings.

The room was okay but not great. It had some comfort issues and lacked a good setup, especially being near the elevator and breakfast area. The remote didn’t work, which was frustrating. Also, I had to deal with some noise throughout the night. Overall, I felt the layout could use some improvement for a better experience.
